What do we do?

Design and build precision 3-D injection molds for plastic, powdered metal injection, die cast, and metal alloy injection molds

Perform plastic injection mold sampling with our in-house molding machines

Offer capability studies and full inspection services

CAD/CAM system utilizes Pro/Engineer, AutoCad, Solidworks, and 3D Mastercam software for solid modeling, mold design and manufacturing directly from a database

Offer capability for building molds that run in presses up to 500-tons

Front Range Tooling Inc. (FRT) employs 25 full time employees in a 15,000 square foot air conditioned facility located in the Frederick West Business Park (Map to Building).  This facility includes state of the art tooling equipment.

FRT employees are mold designers, project engineers, mold makers and office personnel.   Employee benefits include 401K, profit sharing and Section 125.
